Adult Program Ability Levels

This program will be geared toward all abilities. You will train with the group you are initially placed in with a possibility to move up depending on your progress.

  • Beginner = From doing no aerobic activity -> building up to a running a mile (walk and jog group)
  • Intermediate = Have been semi active, but would like more structure (jog/run group)
  • Advanced = Have run competitively and would like more structured workouts (run and hard run group).
